Not sure if it was the day at the zoo in the pouring rain, but I managed to catch myself a cold.

Seriously, Dude, you need to go to the doctor and see why your immune system is so low. I have mentioned this to you many times, I am really getting concerned for your health.
Of course I am sending you many healing vibes so you will be healthy enough for the OSIM tri!
Rest, fluids, rest, fluids, repeat.
Take care of yourself! Hoping you are feeling better by the race. Don't train if you aren't feeling up to it, it is a taper after all.
We'll be praying for you. Maybe time for some good rest before the race!
This is a common occurence before a big race. Rest and take care of yourself and have faith. You will do great.
Get better! I was hoping to see a race report after my vacation.
I'll keep checking!
I just got over the cold myself. Why do they always last a week.
The good news is that you will probably lose that last couple of pounds you haven't been able to get off before the race
Kewl,
Will pray for you. Jessie got it spot on. Take it easy. U should be tapering anyway. Get as much rest as you can. Lots of Vit C + water always work for me :)
You are an Olympian distance Triathlete. U just haven't realize it yet.
HI! Just got back from IM USA in Lake Placid!!! You are ready for this. A cold will make you feel a bit tired, but won;t wear you down race day -- you will have adrenaline. Rest these next few days. You are tapering anyway. Even a very modifeid taper (doing next to nothing excet rest will not hurt you).
I am sooo excited -- just a few more days!
